Qualifications

• 3-5 years managing multi-unit teams in in-home sales.
• Regional sales experience in HVAC, solar, or roofing preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize sales performance across multiple locations within the region.
• Design and implement strategic pricing initiatives to drive profitability.
• Develop value-driven presentations and credibility-building strategies.
• Lead coaching and development for Sales Managers and Comfort Advisors.
• Establish and achieve monthly and annual revenue and profit projections.
• Monitor market trends to refine pricing strategies and stay competitive.
• Consolidate and report on 70+ Comfort Advisors' performance and growth.
• Collaborate with Division Marketing Managers to drive leads and brand awareness.
