Performance Foodservice invites a Regional Sales Leader to drive the region's revenue and margin in Southern MA, Rhode Island, and Eastern Connecticut. You will oversee DSMs, hiring, training, and budgeting while aligning regional plans with corporate strategies.

The role requires a track record in sales leadership, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to commute regionally. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $155,000, with a 30% bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5–7 years of sales or sales management experience in vending or foodservice.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience leading a fully commissioned sales team for 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including staffing, training, coaching and performance management.
• Lead region’s sales activities and budgeting, influencing pricing decisions.
• Develop quarterly action plans with district managers to meet regional goals.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify shifts and opportunities.
• Foster customer relationships and partnerships to maximize regional growth.
• Collaborate with operations and merchandising to optimize profitability.
