Job summary

EXFO is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in the United States to drive growth for High Speed Ethernet solutions across the Data Center Interconnect ecosystem supporting AI infrastructure expansion. You will engage service providers, network owners, EPCs, and system integrators to design, build, and operate AI-ready networks.

You will manage field demonstrations, lead technical evaluations with teams, and cultivate relationships with key accounts to expand market share while achieving revenue

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar or related sales role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Promote High Speed Ethernet testing equipment into the US Data Center Interconnect market.
• Lead field demonstrations to drive customer adoption of EXFO solutions.
• Coordinate lab evaluations with Account Managers and Product specialists.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Build strategic relationships with key accounts across data centers, AI infra, and enterprise networks.
• Qualify opportunities, maintain CRM data, and expand market share.
