Prudential Overall Supply seeks a Regional Sales Manager - Cleanroom Services to drive profitable new business growth across the Eastern United States. This field-based role leads Cleanroom Account Executives and collaborates with Operations to implement new business across multiple locations.

The role reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing and can be based in Austin, TX, Nashua, NH, Richmond, VA, or Heath, OH.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales leadership or complex consultative selling.
• Proven record of generating new-business growth and closing significant sales opportunities.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing field-based sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional new-business sales strategy and achieve growth objectives.
• Develop regional plans focused on priority markets and enterprise prospects.
• Drive enterprise opportunities from prospecting through contract closure.
• Participate in strategic customer meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Coach and develop Cleanroom Account Executives through field rides and visits.
• Set expectations for prospecting, pipeline, CRM, forecasting, and progression.
