Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply seeks a senior leader to direct the Cleanroom Operations Improvement strategy across its nine nationwide facilities in the United States. This role will drive operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement, partnering with senior leadership to enhance performance, consistency, and scalability in controlled-environment services.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in cleanroom laundry operations.
• Senior-level leadership at General Manager level or higher, or in Quality Assurance leadership within cleanroom laundry environments.
• Experience with large-scale cleanroom laundry organizations.
• Proven track record in leading multi-site operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of contamination control and operational risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide division-wide leadership focused on operational improvement and performance optimization across all cleanroom laundry facilities.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities related to efficiency, quality, compliance, and cost.
• Lead and implement CI and OpEx initiatives across the division.
• Establish standardized practices, metrics, and improvement methodologies across all plants.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to align improvements with quality and customer requirements.
