Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Cleanroom Services to drive profitable new business growth across the Western United States. This field-based leadership role will guide Cleanroom Account Executives and lead enterprise opportunities from prospecting through closing.

You will collaborate with Operations and plant leadership to ensure successful implementation, report to the VP of Sales and Marketing, and manage a territory that includes Milpitas, CA and other

Qualifications

• Proven record of generating new-business growth and closing significant sales opportunities.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing field-based sales professionals.
• Experience in complex, enterprise, or multi-stakeholder sales pursuits.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline management, CRM utilization, forecasting, and territory planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional new-business sales strategy and deliver established growth, revenue, and sales objectives.
• Develop regional sales plans focusing on priority markets, target accounts, enterprise prospects, and competitive opportunities.
• Drive large, enterprise-level and multi-location opportunities from prospecting through contract closure.
• Participate in strategic customer meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop Cleanroom Account Executives through field rides and pipeline reviews.
• Establish expectations for prospecting, pipeline development, CRM utilization, forecasting, opportunity progression, and results.
• Maintain visibility into significant opportunities and ensure clear strategies and paths to closure.
• Improve pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, sales execution, and conversion of opportunities into signed business.
• Partner with Operations, plant leadership, Quality, Marketing, Service, and Customer Experience for sound solutions.
