Position Overview: As an Entry-Level Sales Executive at Globe Life | American Income, you will play a dual role. You will be responsible for driving your own personal sales production while also stepping into a traditional sales management position. • Training & Development: Take part in the comprehensive training program to learn about the life insurance industry, specifically in the veteran and union sectors.
• Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
