Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of technical or pre-sales support experience in a systems role.
• 3-5 years of LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
• Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Serve as main technical resource on sales calls and educate the customer and partner on features, specifications and functionality to integration.
• Post-sales: be the lead technical contact for identified accounts for technical issues and coordinate with support/engineering to resolve issues.
• Provide post-sales training assistance to identified customers.
