What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and achieving revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through a consultative solution sales process
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Executive teams to provide account management
- Track customer information, forecasts, and reports using Salesforce
- Build and maintain a prospect and customer list using strategic marketing data for sales leads

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS experience, with a focus on public sector sales at the state, local, or federal level
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge of Content Services Platforms (CSP) and/or Intelligent Process Management (IPM)
- Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the executive level
- Self-motivated, resilient, and confident with a proactive approach to prospecting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in enterprise sales is highly preferred
- Enthusiastic about working in a startup environment and contributing to digital transformation
