Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing field sales team.
• Own the regional business plan and translate PBH priorities into territory strategies.
• Establish operating rhythm with field coaching, reviews, and performance tracking.
• Use CRM data and market insights to identify opportunities and optimize regional performance.
• Provide timely coaching on clinical dialogue, pre-call planning, and account strategy.
