Invivyd, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a high-performing team of Strategic Account Managers and Virology Care Specialists across key U.S. regions.

You will develop regional business plans, drive revenue growth, and ensure compliant, ethical selling aligned with policy. In this remote leadership role, you’ll coach frontline teams, build strong provider partnerships, manage budgets, and travel as needed to accelerate market adoption of Invivyd therapies, changing infectious

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in the biopharma/healthcare industry.
• 5+ years leading life-science sales teams.
• Must hold a current, valid state driver’s license and be able to pass MVR.
• Diverse experience in reimbursement, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacies, IDNs, and federal channels.
• Able to be in the field 4 full days a week; travel by car/plane as required.
• Strong knowledge of PhRMA Code and payer dynamics.
• Proven leadership, recruiting, and coaching skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions.
• Inspires engagement and ethical conduct.

• Create a coaching culture that drives growth and results.
• Set regional vision and model excellence during transitions.

• Engage with key accounts to expand and retain business.
• Coach in the field and develop talent with feedback.
• Foster readiness, professionalism, and excellence across the team.
• Lead area strategy discussions between Sales and other functions.
• Manage resources and area budgets; ensure ROI.
