Job summary

WEX Health & Benefits is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive new business growth across the assigned territory and expand relationships with brokers, consultants, employers, and partners.

The role requires a strong networker, exceptional communicator, and disciplined operator who will spend significant time in the field meeting clients and stakeholders while leading strategic sales initiatives and delivering compelling demonstrations of WEX’s health and benefits solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in B2B, SaaS, or related industries.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience managing relationships with brokers, consultants, employers, and partners.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a sales strategy for the territory to meet revenue goals.
• Develop a healthy pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and partnerships.
• Lead presentations and product demonstrations to drive opportunities.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and forecast for territory performance.
• Travel as needed to network with clients and partners.
