In this role you will translate national strategy to regional execution, monitor market dynamics, and collaborate with marketing, market access, and medical affairs to optimize outcomes and ensure compliant, sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field with strong business acumen.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
• At least 2 years of district/regional field management experience.
• Experience leading teams in hospitals or large practice groups.
• Understanding of hospital decision-making and formulary processes.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and operate in a matrix organization.
