Job summary

Six Flags Entertainment is seeking a Regional Director of Sales - Group Sales to lead and drive group sales performance across a portfolio of parks. You will provide strategic direction and oversee revenue growth for corporate outings, youth programs, schools, and other group segments.

You will develop sales strategies, manage regional teams, and partner with Marketing and Operations to optimize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Experience in CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Proven record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong negotiation, forecasting, and business development skills.
• Experience managing multiple markets, territories, or business units.
• Ready to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for park level Sales Leaders, help drive business results for their regions and build partnerships with park level leadership to drive and implement strategy.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue, attendance, and profitability goals.
• Lead regional group sales efforts across multiple parks and territories.
• Analyze sales performance, booking pace, pipeline activity, and market opportunities.
• Drive new business development and expansion of existing client relationships.
• Work in partnership with Sales Operations team to understand insights and assist with development of revenue and attendance growth strategies for our corporate, educational and youth business segments.
• Partner with Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, and Park Leadership.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
• Manage onboarding and training of new Sales Directors within the company.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, and CRM utilization.
• Support strategic negotiations and major account opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
