You will manage a sales team, recruit and train new reps, negotiate terms, and build joint account plans with license, consulting, and education managers. You will forecast monthly revenue and guide the territory to success.

Responsibilities

• Sells and promotes Oracle products, negotiating price and terms.
• Develops and executes territory plans to maximize revenue.
• Generates monthly forecasts and predicts revenue.
• Conducts weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
• Partners with license, consulting, and education field managers to create joint account plans.
• Handles escalations and ensures customer satisfaction.
