Job summary

Millennium Broadband Solutions in the East Region is seeking a Director of Sales to drive regional growth by leading Area Sales Managers and Client Success leaders. You will set strategic direction, oversee budgets, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction across markets.

You will develop and execute a comprehensive yearly regional sales plan to exceed revenue targets, collaborating across Finance, Operations, and Fulfillment to optimize resources and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with at least 5 years managing senior sales leaders.
• Proven ability to own regional budgets, quotas, and performance accountability.
• Experience building and leading multi-location sales teams and vendor partnerships.
