Abbott is hiring a regional sales leader to drive the growth of Freestyle Libre products. You will lead a high-performing, customer-centric sales team and develop future Abbott leaders as part of a robust talent pipeline.

You will increase regional sales and profits, leveraging analytics and omnichannel strategies to engage healthcare stakeholders and expand Abbott’s influence across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred but not required.
• 10–15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, including coaching and planning.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership to drive change and strategic initiatives.
• Experience managing managers and large teams across regions.
