Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for growing the Bon Appétit brand within the higher education market, focusing on new business development and building strategic relationships. This role reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales at Compass Group and involves up to 65% travel within the territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage complex sales processes over 12+ months
  2. Prospect and develop new markets and opportunities
  3. Communicate effectively with stakeholders
  4. Create sales proposals and respond to RFPs
  5. Identify support resources to close deals
  6. Follow the Compass Sales Process
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  2. Experience in higher education sales, with a hunter sales approach preferred
  3. Proficiency in CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
  4. 5+ years sales experience, with a focus on new business
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Excellent time management and territory development skills
  7. High energy, positive attitude, and accountability
