This role demands a results-driven leader who can build, train, and manage an elite sales

force while driving process adherence.

  • Hire, Onboard, and Train Top Performers: Follow ProCraft's Proven Hiring Process to recruit and train high-performing sales reps and project managers
  • Master and Enforce ProCraft Sales Systems: Train the team on the ProCraft Storm Procedures, Canvassing Protocols, and Playbook—with no deviations
  • Mentor and Develop Leaders: Hold one-on-one coaching meetings, deliver structured field training, and ensure your team understands insurance restoration, and the supplement process
  • Drive Market Expansion: Build the Charlotte market from scratch using ProCraft's proven systems—no reinventing the wheel
  • Ensure Team Accountability: Implement KPIs, weekly sales meetings, and strict performance metrics—hold the team to standards
  • Customer Satisfaction & Quality: Guarantee 5-star service on every project and address customer concerns promptly
