Audley Travel in Boston, MA is seeking an Egypt & Morocco Travel Sales Specialist to craft bespoke itineraries and guide clients from inquiry to booking. You’ll plan personalized trips and deliver exceptional service, leveraging destination knowledge to educate clients on options and formats.

The role offers a competitive base salary of $52,300 plus commission ($500–$1,300 monthly after training), plus strong insurance coverage, generous PTO, volunteering time, and flexible hybrid work.

• Create Dream Vacations: Plan personalized, bespoke trips for our clients using your travel expertise.

• Salary of $52,300 + commission ($500-1300/month post-training)

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

• One of our recruiters will review your application personally, and if successful we will invite you to complete a video submission using a platform called HireVue. This provides an opportunity for you to answer some questions to help us explore your application further.
• A follow-up call with a recruiter to discuss next steps and share further details on the role.
• The last and final stage is an interview with two of our Regional Sales Managers from the hiring team.
