Our clients vary across self-insured employers, worker’s comp and disability TPAs, as well as wellness and pharma brands.

This is a first-of-its-kind platform just entering the market -- providing a rare opportunity for the right sales leader to help us explode on the market.We are looking for an eager and ambitious Regional Sales Director who will drive rapid growth by combining their extensive healthcare network and experience with an interest in AI.

We are not funded by health insurance carriers and have no provider contracts or financial incentives to steer employees to specific physicians. Position Description

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven sales leader. As the Regional Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our bookings target and driving sales growth and adoption of our cutting-edge platform. In this quota-carrying role, you will be fully accountable for meeting your sales goal while empowering the sales organization to excel at selling.

We encourage applicants who have a track record of meeting sales targets, an understanding of AI technologies, and experience in the healthcare space to apply.

  • Take full ownerships of sales quota and proactively work towards meeting and exceeding target
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategic plansthat will drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales objectives
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers by understanding their business challenges and leveraging a value-based selling methodology to align our solutions to their goals
  • Act as a strategic advisor, providing insights on how PhysicianGPS can uniquely address customer needs and collaborating to devise roadmaps aligned with their goals
  • Develop and deliver training programs to empower the sales team with the knowledge and skills required to properly position our AI solution to healthcare organizations
  • Implement a value selling methodology that can be leveraged across the sales team to effectively sell the value of our AI solutions

Organizational Leader

  • Partner closely with the product development team to integrate feedback into our solution that meets customer requirements and expands offering
  • Communicate valuable feedback from the market as well as customer interactions to relevant teams within the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate value selling best practice across the organizations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in quota-carrying sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Preferably 3-5 years in enterprise-level sales experience in AI, SAAS, or healthcare industries
  • Results-oriented leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in growing a team or working in a start-up environment is preferred.
  • Interest and knowledge in AI technologies and their practical application to healthcare organizations
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Desire to improve the healthcare system through quality, data-driven care
