What You Will Be Doing

  • Architect and maintain a $10M+ pipeline by strategically identifying high-potential districts, engaging key decision-makers, and advancing opportunities through defined sales stages
  • Craft and deliver precision-targeted proposals that navigate complex procurement processes to secure six and seven-figure contracts
  • Execute high-impact discovery meetings that uncover district challenges and goals, then develop compelling solutions with measurable outcomes
  • Command all aspects of sophisticated sales cycles from strategic prospecting through definitive closing, with complete ownership of territory strategy and results
  • Leverage your established relationships within public school districts to accelerate adoption and secure competitive advantage

Regional Sales Director Key Responsibilities

Drive adoption of our breakthrough learning solution across public school districts, securing multi-year strategic partnerships that transform educational outcomes at scale.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years managing complex K-12 sales cycles with proven success closing $100K+ deals
  • Established network of district decision-maker relationships in Texas or California
  • Demonstrated expertise navigating public school procurement processes including RFPs/RFIs
  • Verified track record maintaining $10M+ sales pipeline with consistent achievement of revenue targets
  • Proven success operating autonomously while driving full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM tools and sales technology stack
  • Must reside in or within 2 hours of Texas or California
  • Capacity to travel extensively within the region (up to 80%)
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
