Govig Healthcare, a premier executive search firm serving the Senior Housing industry, seeks a Regional Sales Director for an established senior living organization in Oklahoma City. The role oversees regional sales and marketing, directing and supporting community sales teams to drive performance across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales/marketing, proven leadership, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• At least five years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Experience directing sales activities and managing sales across multiple locations.
• Proven track record of sales leadership and relationship development.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent training in business or sales management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must live in the Oklahoma City area or be willing to relocate. This is not a remote position.
