Daybright Financial is seeking a proven Sales Director for the Benefits Employer Solutions segment in the Northeast territory (New York, Pennsylvania). The role focuses on developing relationships with employer groups, including school districts and municipalities, to sell group health and related products.
Strong hunter sales skills and public sector experience are essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales, LAH licensing (or ability to obtain), and excellent communication.
