The Regional Director leads a team of 4-6 MSLs (50-80 stores) to drive sales, profit, and market share growth through innovation and operational excellence, under the guidance of the Regional Vice President (RVP). This role involves strategic leadership, talent development, fostering a culture of inclusion, and embodying Sleep Number values, including diversity, equity, and inclusion.
This is a remote position overseeing stores in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred.
