Responsibilities

• Lead safety compliance, training, and injury/accident prevention programs.
• Develop, execute and maintain safety training in line with OSHA.
• Coordinate safety committees across bakery and distribution facilities.
• Manage Workers' Compensation program and liaise with third-party administrator.
• Represent the company during inspections and follow up on deficiencies.
