Job summary

Groendyke Transport, Inc. is seeking a Safety Training Professional to lead regional safety training programs and reinforce consistent, safe work practices across the region. The role requires frequent travel to deliver training and provide on-site support.

The ideal candidate will have extensive safety experience, knowledge of DOT/OSHA requirements, strong presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with regional leaders to drive safety improvements and loss prevention goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional safety certifications a plus.
• Extensive safety training or related field experience required.
• DOT and OSHA requirements knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety training initiatives across the assigned area.
• Promote Groendyke’s safety values and continuous improvement efforts.
• Deliver on-site training and travel to multiple locations as needed.
• Support safety performance goals and loss prevention initiatives.
• Communicate field observations and trends to strengthen programs.
