Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Regional Safety Trainer to develop and deliver safety training across multiple markets. The role combines in-person sessions with video-based content, with regular regional travel and strong emphasis on hands-on safety culture.

Ideal candidates have experience in DOT-regulated environments, proficiency with OSHA standards, and the ability to engage CDL drivers, laborers, and mechanics. The position requires travel and a commitment to safety-first operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of safety training experience in a DOT-regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA/OSHA standards and safety regulations.
• Experience training a field-based workforce including drivers, laborers or technicians.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, with frequent site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and improve safety training programs for CDL drivers, laborers, and mechanics.
• Facilitate in-person training at multiple sites with regular regional travel.
• Support video-based training content as part of a hybrid model.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA and internal standards.
