Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Regional Field Safety Trainer based in the western region. The role focuses on implementing, maintaining, and conducting safety and technical training programs for regional personnel across Arizona, Utah, and Nevada with frequent travel.

You will ensure LCQS compliance and provide mentoring to Forepersons. The ideal candidate has extensive LCQS experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to develop and deliver effective training

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in line clearance tree trimming industry, LCQS completions through Foreman, and previous experience as foreman or above.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, schedules, and conducts all regional required training programs.
• Reviews and evaluates LCQS training tracking and progress for compliance.
• Travels frequently to Arizona, Utah, and Nevada for field training.
• Implements and maintains safety and technical training programs region-wide.
• Provides LCQS, GF mentoring, and driver management training.
