McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives in the Southwest region. You will monitor programs, coordinate with on-site teams, and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements to maintain a safe work environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and OSHA 500 certification, with 5+ years of large-scale construction safety leadership and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing safety on large construction projects.
• OSHA 500 certification required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and discuss safety programs with on-site teams.
• Conduct safety inspections and coordinate OSHA reporting.
• Coordinate with supervision on PPE and safety materials.
• Investigate injuries and coordinate corrective actions.
• Minimize hazards and enforce safety policies.
• Lead weekly Toolbox safety meetings.
• Record safety meetings and reports for tracking.
