Use your strong technical safety experience to lead our safe-production efforts at a regional level!

We are looking for an energetic self-starter who will serve as the strategic catalyst for communicating and managing our site safety plan. The Regional Safety Manager will be responsible for conducting accident investigations, providing recommendations to prevent recurrence, assisting with post-injury management, facilitating pre-task safety planning, administering a drug-free workplace program, and acting as the designated company spokesperson regarding safety-related elements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the new hire orientation process
• Lead pre-planning meetings
• Create and communicate JHAs covering major work components
• Apply existing site safety plans to our production practices and recommend improvements
• Evaluate the performance of field employees
• Facilitate problem-solving
• Develop and present topic-specific safety training

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in construction safety management or construction management
• Safety education degree preferred
• Recent 30-hour OSHA training
• Ability to create partnerships with operational leaders
• Leadership skills
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
