Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent technical and analytical safety skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance with local, state, and federal rules incl. OSHA.
• Investigate accidents to identify causes and preventive measures.
• Review findings from inspections and environmental tests.
• Conduct facility safety audits with management and report recommendations.
• Organize employee safety training and incident prevention programs.
• Monitor claims to mitigate expenses and manage risk.
