Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Safety Loss Prevention Manager to lead risk management across multiple locations, including Clayton and Greensboro. You’ll drive safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, and crisis response to protect teammates, products, and assets.

This role requires crisis leadership and cross-functional collaboration, with 24/7 readiness for emergencies. You’ll coordinate with Safety, Risk, and Operations teams, manage incidents, and guide risk projects to minimize

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school.
• 3 to 5 years minimum safety and risk control work experience.
• 3 to 5 years beverage company experience or internal hire preference.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk control initiatives across Sales, Delivery, Logistics, Manufacturing, Administrative and Equipment Services.
• Oversee loss frequency management for workers’ compensation, auto liability, and general liability.
• Direct regulatory management for the geographic area and policy development.
• Administer crisis, incident management, and emergency planning.
• Manage Risk Management Information Systems with reporting and analytics.
• Lead property protection initiatives and post-inspection actions.
