Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Regional Safety Superintendent to analyze and enhance workplace health and safety programs across the region. You will evaluate safety systems, identify improvements, and design strategies to mitigate risk while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.

Qualificações

• Experience in safety management within construction or utility industry.
• Robust knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to analyze safety data and implement strategic improvements.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to create and present reports.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and correct safety hazards.
• Perform Job Behavior Observations (JBOs) with focus on safety objectives and safe practices.
• Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations with thorough documentation.
• Oversee safety training programs and ensure OSHA compliance across regions.
• Collaborate with regional management to develop and execute safety initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
• Maintain accurate records of safety audits, training sessions, and incident reports.
• Participate in safety meetings and teleconferences to share insights and address concerns.
