Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Regional Safety Superintendent to lead and optimize workplace health and safety programs across multiple sites in the region. You will analyze safety performance, guide hazard abatement strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a proactive safety culture.

The role requires coordination with cross-functional teams, development of corrective actions, and oversight of training and documentation to support continuous safety improvements

Qualificações

• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to analyze safety data and implement strategic improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and training.
• Experience with safety management systems and risk mitigation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular job site inspections to identify and correct hazards.
• Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations and document findings.
• Oversee safety training programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with regional management to implement safety initiatives.
