Job summary

Asplundh Construction is seeking a Regional Safety Superintendent to oversee health and safety programs across our projects. You will analyze safety systems, identify improvements, and implement solutions to mitigate risk while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will revise manuals and lead hazard abatement initiatives in collaboration with field teams. You will conduct inspections, oversee investigations, manage safety training, and maintain records of audits, incidents, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and priorities.
• Ability to analyze safety data and implement improvements.
• Robust knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular job site safety inspections.
• Lead safety investigations for accidents and near-misses.
• Oversee safety training programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with regional management on safety initiatives.
• Maintain records of safety audits, training, and incidents.
• Provide technical guidance to field teams.
• Participate in safety meetings and audits.
