Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to ensure OSHA compliance, lead defenses against citations, and manage training, injury protocols, and claims for the region. You will oversee inspections, analyze data, and drive preventative safety measures across projects.

The role requires at least five years in safety program administration, a related degree, and travel up to 60%. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with opportunities to mentor site teams and improve safety

Qualifications

• Five years of safety and risk management program administration experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• OSHA Part 1910/1926 knowledge and Workers' Comp rules.
• Ability to travel up to 60% on construction projects.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic on-site safety inspections and analyze work practices for safe methods.
• Monitor regional safety metrics and trends to drive improvements.
• Oversee OSHA compliance and defend against citations.
• Lead regional safety training for managers, supervisors and field staff.
• Develop regional safety strategies aligned with corporate goals.
