Job summary

Lochridge-Priest, Inc. is seeking a Regional Safety Director to lead health and safety programs across the Central Texas region, including construction projects, service operations, and fabrication activities.

The role reports to the Corporate Director of Health and Safety and focuses on reducing risk, strengthening safety culture, and ensuring federal, state, local, client, and company requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations.
• Experience leading safety programs across multiple projects and locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of health and safety programs in the region.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coach regional and field leadership on safe work practices and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Travel regularly within the assigned region to project locations.
