Qualifications

• Experience leading health, safety and environmental programs in large operations.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local HSE requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop site-based safety teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead injury prevention, risk assessment and safety communications for multiple sites.
• Develop and manage HSE policies and programs to meet ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 where applicable.
• Coordinate with OSHA, EPA, FDA or other regulatory agencies as needed at site level.
• Conduct HSE audits and assessments to ensure regulatory conformance and company policy adherence.
• Provide site leadership with HSE inductions and regional training programs.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses and implement corrective actions.
