Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction safety, preferably with structural/miscellaneous steel.
• Proven ability to identify hazards and recommend corrective measures.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; travel to jobsites in multiple states is required.

Responsibilities

• Train and support field personnel in safety practices.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and audits.
• Review subcontractor safety programs for compliance.
• Communicate safety updates to enhance field awareness.
• Manage accident reports and support claims review processes.
