Job summary

Nor-Cal Pipeline Services seeks a Regional Safety Coordinator to support the implementation of safety policies and programs across regional job sites. You will help ensure OSHA compliance, promote a proactive safety culture, and coordinate training and audits with field leaders.

The role requires 2–4 years of HS&E experience in high-hazard settings, OSHA 30, and a valid driver's license. Occasional travel up to 50% is expected as you partner with site teams to improve safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years HS&E experience in construction or related high-hazard environments.
• OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500 preferred; CHST/CHSO a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Safety Manager in executing safety programs across the region.
• Track and report KPIs; coordinate field safety activities at job sites.
• Assist with incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate OSHA, EPA, DOT compliance, training, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and promote a proactive safety culture.
