Job summary

A global leader in power solutions is seeking a Regional Safety Manager in Fremont, California. The successful candidate will implement and manage workplace safety programs across regional facilities, ensuring compliance with safety initiatives and regulatory standards. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in safety and at least 3 years of experience in workplace safety. Key responsibilities include training coordination and vendor management. Strong communication skills are essential for collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in workplace safety, EHS, or similar role.
• Familiarity with safety management systems or compliance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Implement Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) across all sites.
• Administer and manage Safety Plus Edge platform.
• Serve as primary liaison with Safety Plus (third-party provider).
• Coordinate safety training (CPR/First Aid, fire safety, evacuation drills, active shooter, etc.).
• Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments.
