Erickson-Hall Construction Co. is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to protect personnel, support projects, and strengthen our safety culture across the organization.

The role partners with field leaders, project teams, and corporate leadership to ensure work is performed safely, compliantly, and with accountability. The position balances field presence with strategic oversight, providing coaching, safety planning (JHAs, pre-task planning), audits, and incident investigations to drive continuous

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety experience in the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• OSHA 30 (OSHA 500/510 or equivalent a plus).
• Professional safety certification (e.g. CSP, ASP, CHST) preferred.
• First Aid, CPR, OSHA 30 certifications desirable.
• Strong report writing skills and ability to analyze root causes.

Responsibilities

• Champion a proactive safety culture focused on trust and continuous improvement.
• Lead safety leadership in the field with project teams and site personnel.
• Coach field leadership on safety conversations, observations, and planning.
• Develop and monitor safety policies aligned with OSHA standards and company values.
• Support site-specific safety plans and job hazard analyses (JHAs).
• Conduct safety inspections and audits across departments and report results.
