Qualifications

• 3+ years of EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Independent and self-driven, able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites, including overnight stays (primarily within driving distance).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS&S programs and procedures and conduct comprehensive safety training for clients.
• Cover LO/TO, Confined Space, Machine Guarding, and Ergonomics training as needed.
• Assist with permitting, monitoring, and reporting to comply with local and federal agencies.
• Conduct incident investigations and audits; recommend corrective/preventive measures.
• Advise on risk management issues, including workers' compensation.
• Travel to client sites, primarily within the Northern NJ region (80% travel).
