Job summary

GenFlex Roofing Systems is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive regional sales growth and manage a network of independent reps.

You will serve as a liaison between the field sales team and corporate leadership, aligning with company goals while building relationships with customers, distributors, and contractors.

This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on field support to ensure successful campaigns, product launches, and brand consistency across the region.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of sales management experience, preferably within the building materials or roofing industry.
• Travel up to 75% within the assigned region, including long-distance driving or flights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with independent reps to identify opportunities and align with company goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reporting to corporate leadership.
• Serve as the primary contact for sales representatives and drive performance.
• Attend joint calls and presentations with reps to demonstrate support and expertise.
• Collaborate with reps to execute campaigns and ensure consistent branding in the field.
