Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking an experienced RN Regional Clinical Director to oversee multiple skilled nursing centers across Connecticut and Massachusetts. This executive role partners with the VP of Clinical Operations to drive standardized care, regulatory compliance, and Five-Star quality outcomes regionally.

You will mentor Directors of Nursing Services, lead survey readiness, validate QA processes, and ensure data-driven improvements using CASPER, PCC, PointRight and OnShift.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut or eligibility for reciprocity.
• BSN preferred; advanced nursing leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership in SNF with 3+ years as DNS.
• Regional or multi-site clinical consulting experience preferred.
• Proficient with PointClickCare, PointRight, OnShift, and CASPER.
• Willingness to travel regionally and provide 24/7 on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple SNFs across CT/MA region with strategic multi-site oversight.
• Drive CMS Quality Measures and Five-Star ratings via data analysis.
• Lead regulatory readiness and serve as regional SME on state regs.
• Mentor DNS and nursing leadership; ensure regulatory stability.
• Balance staffing models with budget to maintain care excellence.
• Provide 24/7 on-call regional clinical coverage for emergencies.
