Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an RN Regional Clinical Director to oversee five SNFs across Massachusetts and Connecticut. You will partner with a peer Regional Director and report to the VP of Clinical Operations to drive standardized care and regulatory compliance region-wide.

This executive role mentors DNS, leads survey readiness, analyzes CASPER/PointRight data, and balances clinical stewardship with financial oversight while maintaining 24/7 on-call coverage for emergencies.

Qualifications

• RN with 5+ years of progressive nursing leadership in SNF, including 3+ years as DNS.
• Licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut (or eligible for reciprocity).
• Experience in multi-site regional leadership and survey readiness.
• Proficient with PCC, PointRight, OnShift and CASPER data tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee five SNFs across MA/CT with regional strategic oversight.
• Drive regulatory compliance, CMS quality measures, and Five-Star outcomes.
• Mentor DNS and nursing leadership; ensure survey readiness and credentialing.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, and operational performance with data analysis.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support and regional emergency coverage.
