Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced RN Regional Clinical Director to oversee five skilled nursing centers across Massachusetts and Connecticut. This executive role leads clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and Five-Star outcomes regionally, with a focus on standardizing care and improving survey readiness.

Responsibilities include mentoring DNS directors, coordinating across sites, and partnering with the VP of Clinical Operations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MA and CT with eligibility for reciprocity or compact endorsement.
• BSN strongly preferred; multi-site executive leadership experience highly valued.
• Minimum of 5 years in progressive nursing leadership within SNF, including DNS.
• Experience sustaining survey readiness and improving Five-Star outcomes across sites.
• Strong data analytics using PCC/PointRight/OnShift/CASPER to drive quality results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee five SNFs in MA and CT, driving standardized clinical systems and CMS quality measures.
• Lead regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and incident response across region.
• Mentor DNS and nursing leadership; provide interim clinical leadership as needed.
• Collaborate on staffing models, budgets, and resource allocation for care excellence.
