Job summary

Htprof is seeking an RN Regional Clinical Director to oversee multiple skilled nursing centers in Connecticut. You will drive standardization of clinical systems, ensure CMS Five-Star outcomes, and lead regulatory readiness across the region.

The role requires 5+ years of nursing leadership in SNF, with at least 3 years as a DNS, plus CT RN licensure and BSN preferred. Expect regional travel, 24/7 on-call coverage, and executive collaboration with the VP of Clinical Operations.

Qualifications

CT RN license active and unrestricted.
BSN strongly preferred.
Minimum 5 years nursing leadership in SNF, including 3 years as a DNS.
Experience in multi-site regional leadership and survey readiness.
Proficient with PCC, PointRight, OnShift, and CASPER.

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical operations across multiple centers to drive Five-Star outcomes.
Lead regulatory readiness, complaint surveys, and CMS/State reporting.
Mentor DNS directors and ensure regulatory stability during vacancies.
Standardize clinical systems and drive quality improvement projects.
Analyze data from EMR and CMS reports to guide regional plans.
Balance staffing and budget considerations with care excellence.
