Responsibilities

Job Summary

Stellar Health Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional RN Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert clinical direction, guidance, and support to our facilities while helping drive quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

The Regional RN Consultant will work closely with facility leadership and clinical teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement effective solutions, and promote best practices across the organization.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple facilities as required.
